The authorized recipient can pick up property at the NORCOR lobby desk during the normal lobby hours of:
TUESDAY & FRIDAY MORNINGS FROM 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

While lodged at NORCOR, adults in custody shall not be allowed to release any property to any person unless it exceeds the adult in custody's property storage box capacity or emergency items necessary for the good of the family. Requests to release adult in custody property shall be denied unless NORCOR Command Staff determines that the release is necessary to prevent hardship to the adult in custody’s family.

The adult in custody must sign to approve the property release or it will not occur. The recipient can expect significant delays in getting property released if the release was not pre-arranged with the adult in custody while the adult in custody completes the release form. We do not interrupt an adult in custody’s work duties, classes, or court appearances to have the adult in custody sign a form. Once release is approved, the physical retrieval of property is subject to staff availability.

A recipient must present official picture identification, such as a driver’s license, to receive the property.

If you have been an adult in custody at NORCOR in the last 90 days property will not be released to you.
