General Guidelines
The County Juvenile Services Department of jurisdiction authorizes all phone and in-person visitors.
In-Person Visitors must be 18 years of age or older. This is a non-contact visit.
Telephone visitation will only occur on an Outgoing basis. There is no charge for these calls. Calls will usually be on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Facility Visitation Hours:
Monday 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 noon – 4:00 p.m.
Sunday 11:00 noon – 4:00 p.m.
Visits will be by appointment. Please contact the facility to schedule (you may schedule an appointment over the intercom).

Attorneys are verified as the Attorney of Record by the County Juvenile Services department. Attorneys will be allowed to visit at anytime between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm (except during mealtimes). All attempts will be made
to allow expedient visitation, however delays may be expected due to facility operational needs.
**Exceptions to the visitation policy must be approved in advance by the Detention Manager or Shift Supervisor**
Dress Code for Visitors and Volunteers
Clothing worn in the facility must be conservative in nature. Clothing that is unduly suggestive, tight fitting, or creates a security hazard is not allowed. Clothing must not expose an undue amount of flesh and must not be see-through. The body must be covered from 2 inches above the kneecap to the shoulders. Clothing may not expose any cleavage or the back below the shoulder blades. Thighs and mid-section must be covered.
Examples of Clothing Allowed (but not limited to):
Jeans / Slacks Any color
Skirts / Shorts No higher than 2” above knee
Slit Skirts / Slit Dresses Length and slit no higher than 2” above Knee
Dresses / Jumpers no higher than 2” above Knee and NO low-cut necklines
Shirts or T-Shirts (No low-cut necklines)
Sweatshirts (No low-cut necklines)
Sweaters (No low-cut necklines)
Light Jackets
Shoes (closed toed shoes highly recommended) and Undergarments must be worn at all times
Examples of Clothing NOT Allowed (but not limited to):
No Hats: Accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis for religiousheadgear consistent with established security practices
No Bulky Coats or Jackets
No Halter Tops or Dresses / Strapless Top or Dresses
No Wrap-Around Skirts / Wrap-Around Shirts
No Tube Tops or Tank Tops
No Overalls or Coveralls
No clothing that exposes skin of the chest, back, thighs, or midsection
No see-through clothing, including sheer and loose weave fabrics
No clothing with reference to or pictures of drugs, alcohol, or smoking (whether legal or illegal)
No insignias or paraphernalia associated with gangs
It shall be within the discretionary authority of the NORCOR Juvenile Detention Manager, and as delegated to Staff, to determine the appropriateness for visitation of any attire not specifically prohibited by policy.
